Why is fresh food good for our health

In the fresh food are hiding many nutrients that our body needs for a healthy life. It can also be enjoyed by pregnant women and nursing mothers, who should avoid only those foods that cause tension or spasms at the nursing child. Children can be also served raw juices, soups, sauces, rolls, salads; desserts and so take care of their health.

There is much talk and write about raw food. What kind of food is actually this?

Why would be good for our health?

Raw food is excellent, because it is a real treasure of enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other phytonutrients that the heat treatment can largely or even completely destroy. In addition, it contains the same condition as carbohydrates, proteins, fatty acids and all other nutrients needed for good health, lots of energy and good feeling. Raw food contains large amounts of water and helps us to regularly clean our body of toxic waste. In addition, it contains a lot of fiber, which are the broom in our gut.

Raw food is also excellent for the maintenance of acid-base balance in the body, since almost all operates as base. And last but not least we should also mention that the consumption of large amounts of raw food contributes to weight loss, regular detoxification, maintaining a lean and youthfulness.

Can we always eat raw food or just when we want to detoxify our organism? It can have a negative impact on our body?

Raw food is really ideal at a time when we want to detoxify, lose weight, rejuvenate or improve our mood and energy level. After a few days of enjoying this food, we feel wonderful results. Can raw food be also enjoyed by pregnant women, nursing mothers and children?

Special emphasis should be given to greenery; preferably in the form of green mushy juices which are delicious and taste and pleasures to drink them. Of course you have to consider any possible restrictions. Some raw foods during pregnancy may stretch, and can contribute to cramps of breast-feeding children. These foods are of course better to avoid and replace them with any other.
