Natural Cure for sore throat

Honey, lemon and plenty of fluids
Honey is among all, still the most effective natural cure that acts anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and accelerates the healing process of sore throat. Mix to cup of hot water a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of cayenne pepper, lemon juice and a quarter teaspoon of honey.
The natural humidifying of the air
Especially if your throat hurts in the morning, the cause is often too dry air. This works even more devastating if in the night instead through the nose, you breathe through the mouth.
