Since you had in first eight weeks reduced carbohydrate intake, you have intentionally starved your liver.
That morning, when you start the second part of the Metabolism Miracle diet, your liver will not be processing food in a bad way. With the consumption of 11 to 20 grams of carbohydrates in a meal and at intervals of five hours you can successfully control blood sugar levels.
