recommend chili to be included in the diet. Chili will prevent from eating more food than you need.

“When the stomach is full, it is expanded so much, that in its wall nerves are activated which transmit information to the brain to stop eating,” explains Professor Amanda Page, a leader of a study, which was conducted at the University of Adelaide. We have found that this activation is regulated by a substance which is also in a chili. Studies before our have found that consuming capsaicin causes people to eat less food.

Chili against cancer

Enjoying chili ingredient capsaicin protects against the formation of colon cancer, have scientists found at the medical faculty of the University of California. The study was conducted in mice, which had a genetic predisposition to develop cancer.

Capsaicin not only prevents the occurrence of tumor, it also inhibits the growth of those who have already occurred and for those affected, on average, increased life of more than 30 percent. The study was published in the Journal of Clinical Research (The Journal of Clinical Investigation).
