3 day detox diet

Refreshing or even better cleaning weekend diet lasts only three days and is moreover a very tasty diet. During this time, the most hardworking can lose of two kilograms of weight loss. Start on Friday and end on Sunday evening.
Drink green tea that does not contain caffeine and detoxify the body. Do not use much salt, but drink at least 1.5 liters of water. Bread can be substituted with potatoes. It is also important that you eat a pineapple.
3 day detox diet – first day
- Breakfast: Coffee, 2 biscuit or half whole meal bread roll
- Snack: a cup of cold green tea and piece of pineapple
- Lunch: Pasta with tomato, lettuce and a piece of pineapple
- Dinner: vegetable soup, grilled turkey and a piece of whole wheat bread
3 day detox diet – second day
- Breakfast: coffee, plain yogurt with oat flakes
- Snack: a cup of cold green tea and a piece of pineapple
- Lunch: lettuce, spinach and 2 eggs, whole wheat roll, apple or pineapple pieces
- Dinner: Rice with parmesan cheese, salad, whole grain bread, a piece of fruit, if desired
3 day detox diet – third day
- Breakfast: whole wheat roll and fresh orange juice
- Snack: coffee and fruit salad
- Lunch: vegetable soup, mozzarella and fresh fruit juice
- Dinner: Grilled hake, potato salad, mashed vegetables, fruits, if desired
