As a soup, sauce or salad, cold or hot – tomatoes are always appetizing! They are the perfect light built-food with ‘slimming effect‘: do not contain fat, they have very few calories (100 calories with 17 grams barely knows), vitamin C and helps the body in breaking down fat.
In combination with other ingredients, this vegetable provides an aspect ratio and great taste on our table.
It goes like this: for lunch and dinner, always select one of our recipes. For breakfast eat flakes, lean fruit with cottage cheese or some yogurt of your choice – you can also choose our double sandwich. In the meantime, you can eat lots of fresh fruit. Remember: drink per day at least 1.5 liters of water or fruit unsweetened teas.

Fish from the oven with herbs and tomatoes
For a person you will need: • 175 g fatty fish fillets • 1 pinch of salt and pepper • 300 g cherry tomatoes • 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons sage • 30 g Parmesan cheese
Wash fish fillet and dry it, put it in a small baking dish for soufflés. Depending on your taste season it with salt and pepper. Wash tomatoes, clean them and cut in half. Separately mix salt, pepper, 1 garlic and chopped sage.
Arrange tomatoes around the fish, put an herbal mixture on the fish and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Bake approximately 15 to 20 minutes in hot oven at 200 degrees (180 degrees if ventilation oven).
Baked chicken with tomato sauce
For a person you will need: • 2 onions • 2 • 1 sheet of sage handful of rosemary • 1 teaspoon olive oil • 125 g chicken fillet pieces • 250 g tomatoes 30 g • parsley, black olives
Peel onion and cut it into cubes. Together with the sage and rosemary, cook in olive oil. Add the chicken fillet and fry it on all sides. Then take it from the pan and place in a warm place. Put tomatoes in the pan, season them and choke them about 10 minutes. Later put in black olives and mix. Then distribute the tomatoes over meat and garnish the dish with parsley.
Tomato soup with prawns
For a person you will need: • 1 onion • 1 teaspoon olive oil • 1 • 2 rosemary sage sole • 1 / 2 teaspoon dill seed • 350 g mashed tomatoes • 100 g of vegetable broth • 1 pinch of salt and pepper • 1 drop of honey • 1 / 2 lemon • 200 g shrimp (frozen) • basil
Cut onion into cubes and choke in olive oil. Fast choke in also rosemary, sage and dill note. Pour with mashed tomatoes (canned) and vegetable soup and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and a little honey. Wash lemon and cut into slices. In skillet, heat olive oil. Put shrimps onto wooden skewer and along with lemon slices with constantly turn little sauté. Season with salt and pepper and serve the soup.
Double sandwich for breakfast
For a person you will need: • 60 g of light mozzarella cheese • 1 tomato, basil, black olives • 2 • 2 slices whole wheat bread, crisp leaf of lettuce • 2 • salt • black pepper
Drain the mozzarella. Cut tomato and mozzarella into slices and a few leaves of basil on the tapes. Olive cut in two pieces. Incase bread with salad and then with layers of mozzarella and tomato. Salt. Garnish with olives, basil and black pepper and all together cover with other half of bread.
Pasta with tomatoes
For a person you will need: • 55 g spaghetti 150 g • cherry tomatoes • 1 tablespoon of butter-fat half a clove of garlic • 15 g walnut kernels • 1 pinch of salt • 1 pinch black pepper • a pinch of sugar • 1 / 2 teaspoon walnut oil • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar • 1 / 2 bunch basil • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti according to instructions from the packages. Wash the cherry tomatoes and in a nonstick skillet heat the butter. Choke tomatoes in a pan on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Peel the garlic and squeeze it with tomatoes. Stir in chopped walnut kernels.
Season all together with salt, pepper, sugar, walnut oil and balsamic vinegar. Chop the basil. Drained spaghetti and basil mix with tomato. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Veal steak with tomatoes
For a person you will need: • 1 bunch of young onions • 300 g tomatoes • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 125 g veal steak • after 1 / 2 handfuls of fresh rosemary and oregano
Clean the spring onions and cut into small pieces. Parboil tomatoes, peel them and then cut into cubes. In skillet, heat olive oil. Fry onion in it and season with salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes and chopped rosemary and all together at low temperature simmer for about 5 minutes. In a pan cook veal steak on each side for 2 minutes and serve it with vegetables and oregano.
