Persimmon Smoothie ingredients
- 5 ripe vanilla Persimmon Fruit
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 200 ml of orange juice
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
Persimmon Smoothie preparation
Wash Persimmon, remove stems and halve it. Remove any stones. Cut persimmon into pieces and with other ingredients mix in food processor.
Pour prepared smoothie into glasses and serve.

If desired, you can add a teaspoon of honey into smoothie.
