  • 45 g sugar45 ml of rum
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 235 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 almonds

Persimmon cream with whipped cream ingredients preparation

Wash and clean persimmons, halve them and remove any stones. With a spoon scrape out meat and pour into food processor. Add sugar, rum and a pinch of salt and all together mix in a smooth puree.

With an electric mixer or wire whisk or stir cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract so long to get a firm cream.

In the jar or bowl first put layer of cream, then Persimmon Fruit puree, which on top garnish with a tablespoon of cream and three almonds. Before serving the dessert, store it in the refrigerator at least by a half-hour to cool.

To prepare a dessert use very ripe Persimmon. Adjust the amount of sugar to Persimmon – sweetener Persimmon add less sugar. Dessert can be prepared in several layers, not just two.
