Grapes are good organism cleaner which makes it beneficial to the whole body and it helps in weight loss. It is a very good food for the nerves, brain, teeth and bones.

Grapes and chicken with vegetables
For the marinade:
Bake chicken for 5 to 7 minutes in hot oil and season it with salt and pepper.
Cut peppers into strips, cook peas in salted water (about 4 minutes), cut onion into small pieces and fry briefly. Wash grapes, half it and remove seeds.
Cut chicken into pieces and put on vegetables and grapes, which we have already put on the plate. All season with the marinade ingredients, mix well and enjoy. In person: about 325 calories, 38 g of iron, 12 g fat, 15 g carbohydrates
Avocado salad with grapes
Cut avocado meat into slices. Squeeze the half lemon juice and mix with avocado. Wash grapes, halved. Chop walnuts and parsley.
Radicchio and endive tear and thoroughly rinsed. Mix lettuce, grapes, avocados, walnuts, parsley and ham.
For dressing mix oil, the rest of lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and pour it all over the salad.
