Grapes are good organism cleaner which makes it beneficial to the whole body and it helps in weight loss. It is a very good food for the nerves, brain, teeth and bones.

Grapes contain extremely valuable ingredients: grape sugar, important minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, protein, fruit acids, aromatic substances, vitamin B (except vitamin B12) and vitamin C. In one hundred grams of fresh grapes are 69 calories, 0.72 grams of protein, 0.16 grams of fat, 18.10 grams of carbohydrates (sugars and fiber).

Grape diet plan

FIRST DAY – During the day, eat a kilo of black grapes.

SECOND AND THIRD DAY

Start the day with a breakfast of oatmeal, grapes and 100 ml reduced-fat milk. For meal you can eat 3-5 servings of grapes (a total of 300 grams). In the evening, eat whole wheat crackers with 2 tablespoons of lean cottage cheese and 150g of grapes.

For lunch, you select one of the following dishes:

Grapes and chicken with vegetables

  • 600 g chicken fillets
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 150 g of peas in the pod
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g black grapes

For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of hot vegetable soup

Bake chicken for 5 to 7 minutes in hot oil and season it with salt and pepper.

Cut peppers into strips, cook peas in salted water (about 4 minutes), cut onion into small pieces and fry briefly. Wash grapes, half it and remove seeds.

Cut chicken into pieces and put on vegetables and grapes, which we have already put on the plate. All season with the marinade ingredients, mix well and enjoy. In person: about 325 calories, 38 g of iron, 12 g fat, 15 g carbohydrates

Avocado salad with grapes

  • Half an avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 300 g black grapes
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • a bouquet of parsley
  • 1 small red radishes
  • endive
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Cut avocado meat into slices. Squeeze the half lemon juice and mix with avocado. Wash grapes, halved. Chop walnuts and parsley.

Radicchio and endive tear and thoroughly rinsed. Mix lettuce, grapes, avocados, walnuts, parsley and ham.

For dressing mix oil, the rest of lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and pour it all over the salad.
