14 day diet menu

Breakfast: Italian omelet: 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes. In nonstick skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add tomatoes. Add 2 eggs with a tablespoon of mineral water, salt, pepper and cook on medium heat. Finally add the basil and grated Parmesan.
