14 day diet menu
Breakfast: Half of mango mash with 5 tablespoons of low fat yogurt and 100 ml of orange juice. Add another 100 ml of mineral water.
Lunch: Rice with vegetables and mango. On a tablespoon of butter quickly fry cumin and a pinch of turmeric. Add already cooked rice and sliced peppers. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
