14 day diet menu

  • Breakfast: Fruit Salad: 100 g pineapple, apple and half a banana cut, stir, and add two tablespoons of freshly pressed orange juice.
  • Lunch: Pasta with broccoli: Boil 150g of pasta, drain and save 50g for dinner. Boil 120 grams of broccoli and then mash along with some green leaves. Add 20g of soy and 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and mix with pasta.
  • Dinner: Asian vegetables in a wok: 150 g of pepper, 50 g of broccoli, kohlrabi, zucchini, celery stalk and fresh pineapple, cut into smaller pieces. Fry in a wok or nonstick skillet and mix with pasta, you’ve saved from lunch. In bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of soy sauce with lemon juice, freshly pressed, spoons of honey, salt and pepper. Add to the pasta dish and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
